Successful Worker Morning Routine
Many successful people agree that the best productive time is in the morning. That's why establishing a routine in the morning will help develop good habits that allow us to focus, achieve more in the workday, and can produce something much better, efficient, and quality.
Not everyone is an early riser or can get up early in the morning, so it may take some practice to train and get used to getting up early. Waking up early is the most important start, which at first may seem very difficult to do. But when you get used to it and become a routine, getting up early can be the key to a successful life. Here is the morning routine of successful workers:
1. Get up in the morning and wake up at the same time every day
Get into the habit of going to bed at the same time every day then set an alarm clock, and keep gadgets out of bed. This method is powerful enough to force us to wake up to turn off the alarm. Try not to rely on the snooze button or snooze the alarm, tapping it repeatedly and going back to sleep for a short period of time. Sleeping at the same time every day will make us accustomed to going to bed and waking up at the same time every day even on holidays and when we don't set an alarm. Then try to get used to sleeping at least seven to nine hours every night. Sleeping more or less than that can make us feel lethargic and have lower energy during the day. But when our sleep habits are good and right, then this can be the opposite, which makes us have more energy to carry out our activities throughout the day.

Natural morning sunlight is very good for us. There are so many benefits of morning sunlight that we can get, one of which is that it can help our mood be more cheerful, active, have positive energy, and increase enthusiasm for activities.
3. Drink a Glass of Water
When we sleep, without us knowing it our bodies are dehydrated. This is because when we fall asleep our bodies unknowingly also secrete fluids and throughout the night when we sleep there is no additional fluid that enters. That's why it's so important to drink a glass of water as soon as you wake up. This is to replenish our body fluids and help ensure that our metabolism runs well throughout the day.
4. Breakfast
Start the day and make it a habit to have a healthy breakfast rich in complex carbohydrates, fiber and protein. Breakfast can trigger metabolism and if we skip breakfast, the body becomes less energetic and tired quickly, and can reduce concentration.
Breakfast has also been shown to have a number of important benefits, including a lower risk of diabetes (compared to those who skip breakfast). Breakfast is not only important for our body, it is also important for our brain, concentration and productivity. Choose foods that contain protein and fiber, which will give you energy, curb your appetite, and reduce your risk of several diseases. Examples of "good" breakfasts include eggs, oatmeal (no sugar), berries, nuts, or cottage cheese. Avoid foods that contain lots of sugar or foods that are sweet because these foods will cause you to feel sleepy and make the body sluggish or uninspired.
5. Exercise in the Morning
Exercising in the morning has many benefits, including increasing energy, increasing the body's metabolism, making us feel happier overall, and helping us sleep better. We do not need to do exercise in the long term to see some of the benefits, because just a few minutes of aerobic exercise will give us results that we can see and feel.
6. Breathing Exercises
Breathing can help calm yourself down and reduce excess or negative emotions and make you more energized at the same time. This is meditative and can help us to focus on every activity we live. This breathing exercise can also relieve stress.
7. Meditation
Meditation has many benefits, including increasing awareness, reducing stress and anxiety, helping us to sleep better, and improving our overall well-being. Maybe that's why so many successful workers add meditation to their morning routine. Meditation in the morning sets the right tone for the day and keeps us calm. No need to meditate for a long time, just do it for a few minutes until you feel relaxed. Meditation is good for the body especially can help yourself have a positive mindset.
8. Drink a Glass of Tea
A cup of tea can provide more energy than coffee. Green tea or matcha, for example, can make us more awake from sleepiness without causing the effect of a racing heart like that caused by coffee.
9. Create a To-Do List
Make a to-do list at night, based on what we need to do the next day. Then re-check the to-do list in the morning and prioritize each point by point from the to-do list, until all the points on the to-do list are successfully implemented without missing anything. And if there is something that has not been done or something has been missed, check back and make it a priority to be done the next day so that it can be quickly resolved.
